Below you can find a list of services offered. All prices listed are subject to change depending on scope of work and everything involved. I avoid estimating figures until I have had your instrument in front of me and time to assess the job.

(Please note: Even estimated costs are subject to change after the fact. A straight-forward repair may have unexpected situations, need for parts/replacement, etc.)

General Bench Fee

For those looking to have their instrument serviced, I charge a Bench Fee of $35. This fee covers the initial assessment of your instrument to determine what repairs and services need to be done. Whether you choose to move forward with the repairs or not, the Bench Fee is charged to cover the labor/time of assessment.

String Change (I will always recommend a full set-up for best playability)

Prices Listed include labor only. Cost of strings not included, however you may provide your own strings. We use Ernie Ball & D'addario Strings and only keep up to .010 strings on hand. Higher gauges will need to be special ordered.

Set-Ups

Prices Listed include labor only. Cost of strings/material not included and will be added to labor fee. Prices subject to change.

Fret Work

Prices are estimated cost depending on the nature of the job and situations vary. Prices listed are the starting cost and may vary depending on the guitar in question

Fret Level & Crown - $145 (& up)

Refret - $360 (& up)

Spot Level Jobs - minimum $26/fret (Jobs vary)

Nut/Saddle Work

Prices are estimated cost depending on the nature of the job and situations vary. Prices listed are the starting cost and may vary depending on the guitar in question. Materials are charged at cost. I will replace nuts with your preference of either bone or TUSQ

Nut (Pre-Slotted) - $52 (plus materials)
Nut (Carved from blank) - $78 (plus materials)
Acoustic Saddle - $78 (plus materials)

Electronic Work

Electronic work is charged at a cost per time basis ($2.25/minute charged on running clock which runs only when actively working on electronics) plus materials unless otherwise specified. All replacement parts are included other than pickups. Electronics work is a nuanced job and prices may vary.

Potentiometer Replacement - Starts @$31/pot and reduced by $10.50/pot for every subsequent pot.

Toggle Switch Replacement: $37

Pickup Replacement: 1 Pickup ($67), 2 Pickups ($88), 3 Pickups ($103)

Electronics Cavity Shielding: $88
